Biggest Rise: DE Hudson Talley, Oakland Raiders (from 10 to 7)

The first pick in the draft has shown why he deserved that honor. In his past 4 games, he has registered 1 sack, using a combination of his power, speed and finesse. He continues to dominate against the pass, while also taking on double teams for most of the game. Keep an eye out for this stud as a dark-horse AFC Defensive Rookie of the Year candidate.

Biggest Drop: SS A.J. Chapman, New York Giants (from 4 to 9)

Chapman had such a tremendous start to the season, forcing 3 turnovers to start the season. But since Week 3, he has forced a staggering 0 Turnovers. The Giants drafted this freakish talented Safety, who pairs his large frame, 6’1” 223 pounds, with track star speed, to make plays and force turnovers in the back end of their defense. Can the Giants get their young and budding star back to playing like he did in the beginning of the season?
