Anyone know what the red and green diamonds mean when scouting. If red is simply bad why wouldn't my scout tell me to draft him in lower rounds.

Supposedly, these ratings now have a 10% variance to them, meaning that a 4.32 spd, may translate to a 96 but could also be a 93. Looks like EA didnt count on people attempting to figure out their system which is robably why they never release an official, this does this, this affects this specifically, they have always left it very general and very vague so as to not be able to figure out their system for other people to figure out how to cheat their madden system.
