As we begin this season there's alot to be hopeful about in San Francisco.  We had some quality pickups in Free Agency in the way of Cam Newton at QB and veteran TE Traylon Goodson.  In the draft we picked up a starting RT in Kazeem Wagner as well as some depth in RG Bronson Blackwell.  With the #3 overall pick in the draft we selected HB Kendrick Layne.  We believe Kendrick has the qualities to be the face of this offense for the foreseeable future.  With the offseason acquisitions in free agency as well as the draft we now have the power in the trenches to open up holes for Kendrick as well as protect Cam in situations that is needed.  There were literally no changes made in our defensive personnel but we did make some scheme changes in an effort to put the men in better positions to succeed.  That's all I'm going to say for now so look for the midseason report to publish after week 8.  At that point we should have a solid view of where we're at and where this team is going this season.  Until then....#trusttheprocess
