Buccaneers defeated the Falcons, 24-18. C.Ward helped drive the Buccaneers with 2 touchdown passes and 191 yards through the air, and T.Hockenson turned those chances into points with 2 touchdown catches. The Buccaneers also got help from M.Nabers, who added 43 receiving yards as the offense found enough production to finish the job. That combination gave Tampa Bay the edge when it mattered most. The Falcons answered with a productive night from D.Maye, who threw 2 touchdown passes and passed for 258 yards in the loss. J.Lane was a major part of that push with 108 receiving yards, giving Atlanta a consistent spark. Even with that output, the Falcons came up short against a Buccaneers attack that made its scoring chances count.
