Dolphins defeated the Lions, 38-35. J.McCarthy led the way for Miami, throwing 3 touchdown passes while piling up 255 yards through the air. T.McLaurin provided an important lift in the passing game with 79 receiving yards, helping the Dolphins keep their offense moving. That combination gave Miami the production it needed in a game that demanded answers. Detroit had plenty to offer in the loss.
