Bills defeated the Jets, 42-14. M.Reese powered the Bills with 406 yards through the air and 6 touchdown passes, setting the tone for an offense that kept pressing the advantage. S.Campbell turned two of those throws into touchdowns, while S.Carroll added 106 receiving yards to keep the Jets under constant strain. The Bills were at their best when Reese had time and targets, and the connection with Campbell helped break the game open. The Jets still found production in the loss behind C.Teal, who passed for 261 yards and 2 touchdowns. J.Waddle was the centerpiece of that response, finishing with 114 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns as he repeatedly gave New York a way to answer. Even with those flashes, the Jets could not match the Bills' efficiency once the game slipped their way.
