Falcons defeated the Lions, 52-41. J.Milton III powered the Falcons through the air, throwing 5 touchdown passes while piling up 482 yards. J.Portillo found the end zone twice, and P.Elam stretched the field with 203 receiving yards as Atlanta kept answering with big plays. That production gave the Falcons the offensive edge they needed to come out on top. The Lions had plenty of punch in defeat behind D.Williams Jr., who threw 6 touchdown passes and finished with 374 yards. J.Williams was a major part of that effort, catching 2 touchdowns and turning in 151 receiving yards. Detroit generated enough offense to threaten throughout, but the Falcons’ passing game proved even more decisive.
