Bills defeated the Jaguars, 27-21. B.McDougald drove the victory with 3 touchdown passes and 310 yards through the air, giving Buffalo the edge whenever it needed one. The Bills leaned on that efficient passing game to control the terms, and McDougald’s touch around the goal line made the difference. Buffalo’s offense was at its best when the ball was in his hands, and that production carried the result. Jacksonville had plenty of firepower in defeat behind J.Fields, who threw 2 touchdown passes and piled up 375 yards. The Jaguars kept answering through the air, with Fields repeatedly pushing the offense forward and keeping pressure on Buffalo. It was a strong performance in a loss, but the Bills were a little sharper when the game turned on finishing chances.
