The Texans got the production they needed from their quarterback-receiver connection and made it hold up in a game that demanded answers all afternoon.
The Panthers brought plenty of firepower in the loss, with L.Gerard delivering 4 touchdown passes and 490 yards to keep the pressure on until the end.
