Chargers defeated the Raiders, 17-13. Justin Herbert threw 2 touchdown passes, and that efficiency gave the Chargers enough offense to control the result. He finished with 91 passing yards, but his scoring throws made those chances count. S. White added 40 receiving yards to help keep the attack moving and give Herbert a reliable target. The Raiders still got a solid effort in defeat behind D. Lacy, who threw 1 touchdown pass and finished with 93 passing yards. D. Thornton Jr. contributed 41 receiving yards as Las Vegas kept pushing for answers. Even with that production, the Raiders came up short against a Chargers team that was sharper where it mattered most.
