Game of the Week Recap

Raiders defeated the Giants, 20-7. T. Price delivered the passing score for Las Vegas and finished with 140 yards through the air, steadying an offense that did enough to stay in command. E. West added 41 receiving yards and gave the Raiders a reliable target as they built the winning effort. It was not a night for gaudy numbers, but the Raiders got the production they needed from their key pieces. The Giants found some answers in the loss, particularly through O. Grant, who threw for 222 yards and a touchdown. M. Nabers was the centerpiece of that push with 131 receiving yards, giving New York its most dangerous element. Even so, that production was not enough to keep the Giants from chasing the game to the finish.
