Cowboys defeated the Commanders, 30-24. J.Herrick drove the Cowboys with 277 passing yards and 3 touchdown passes, giving Dallas the efficient edge it needed. J.Blue added 86 receiving yards to keep the offense moving and complement Herrick’s work through the air. The Cowboys made their chances count behind that connection and enough production from their passing game to finish on top. Washington had plenty to show in the loss, with J.Daniels throwing for 341 yards and 3 touchdowns to keep the pressure on throughout. C.Matias turned two of those scoring throws into touchdowns, while R.Doubs piled up 113 receiving yards as the Commanders kept answering. It was a strong offensive effort from Washington, but not quite enough to overturn Dallas.
