Jaguars defeated the Chiefs, 45-17. J.McCarthy powered the Jaguars with 5 touchdown passes and 294 yards, setting the tone for an offense that never let up. T.McKee was his most dangerous target, turning his 124 receiving yards into 3 touchdowns and stretching Kansas City throughout the night. That connection gave Jacksonville the kind of finishing punch that kept the game firmly in its control. The Chiefs found some production through P.Mahomes, who threw 1 touchdown pass and finished with 132 yards, but they could not match the Jaguars’ firepower. X.Worthy led the way in the receiving game with 50 yards and provided one of the brighter spots in a difficult outing. Kansas City showed flashes through the air, yet the Jaguars’ offense consistently answered them.
