Falcons defeated the Commanders, 27-21. J.Krueger drove Atlanta’s attack with 342 passing yards and 3 touchdown passes, giving the Falcons the edge through the air. He repeatedly found answers when the offense needed them, and A.St. Brown helped carry that push with 96 receiving yards. That combination gave the Falcons enough production to finish on top. Washington had its own firepower in the loss, as J.Daniels threw 2 touchdown passes and passed for 203 yards. T.McLaurin remained the focal point of that effort, turning his 60 receiving yards into 2 touchdowns and keeping the Commanders within reach. Even so, the Falcons’ passing game proved stronger in the decisive moments.
