Game of the Week Recap

Cowboys defeated the Commanders, 21-18. Dallas got the needed lift from D. Prescott, who threw 2 touchdown passes while finishing with 153 yards through the air. He directed an efficient passing game that found G. Pickens for 65 receiving yards and gave the Cowboys enough production to come away with the win. The Cowboys did not waste their chances, and Prescott’s work in the passing game gave them the edge. Washington answered with production of its own in defeat, as J. Daniels passed for 141 yards. B. Sinnott provided a reliable target and finished with 64 receiving yards, helping the Commanders keep the pressure on throughout. Even with those efforts, Washington came up just short against a Dallas offense that was a little sharper when it mattered most.
