Game of the Week Recap

Falcons defeated the Cardinals, 21-14. Michael Penix Jr. powered Atlanta’s attack, throwing for 292 yards and a touchdown to keep the Falcons in command. D. Sills V gave that passing game real weight with 141 receiving yards and consistently stretched the field. Atlanta also found timely support from Z. Jones, who chipped in 58 receiving yards. Arizona had its share of answers in defeat, with Kyler Murray throwing for 194 yards and a touchdown. Murray kept the Cardinals moving and gave them enough offense to stay competitive deep into the matchup. Even so, the Falcons’ edge through the air proved to be the difference.
