Texans defeated the Raiders, 35-14. C.Stroud led the way with 3 touchdown passes and 182 yards, directing an efficient Houston attack. His sharpest connection came with T.Dell, who turned his 69 receiving yards into 2 touchdowns and gave the Texans the finishing punch they needed. That combination set the tone for a win that Houston controlled through its passing game. The Raiders still had production through the air in defeat, as G.Smith threw 1 touchdown pass and finished with 207 yards. T.Tucker provided the biggest chunk of that work with 111 receiving yards and remained a steady threat throughout. Even with those efforts, Las Vegas could not match the Texans' scoring efficiency.
