GAME PLAY- No Rules Just Play (user vs user) 

FRANCHISE RULES 

All games will be 7 minute quarters with accelerated clock.  

*** PLAYBOOKS :: CUSTOM OFFENSIVE AND DEFENSIVE PLAYBOOKS ARE ALLOWED. 

***ROSTER REQUIREMENTS Must Have a Total of 46 min ( Min 2 QB, Min 3RB, Min 5WR, Min 3TE, Min 8OL, Min 7DL, Min 7LB, Min 5CBs, Min 4Ss, Min 1K, Min 1P)*** FINE 1 game Suspension FOR EVERY WEEK ROSTER STAYS INCOMPLETE

 ***OFF SEASON: The off season will last anywhere up to 48 hours. 24 hours designated after the Superbowl to resign your players (please make sure you do so during season also). 24 hours to bid on free agent. (Each stage will adv randomly within the 24 hrs please make your bids stick) Draft will follow after a League vote for which day.***

TRAITS:
Regression will be on to keep the franchise realistic but any  player can always be re-evaluated  in the off season to retain their trait 

There will be trait incentives for streaming and active members, GOTWs, Challenges !!! Please see separate chat groups, every group will be explained in its topic

When sending upgrades for POTW/ GOTW/ SS Challenges 

1. Post screen shot 

2. The position of the player & name 

3. The attribute & amount you want to upgrade. 

4. MAX 90, Same Player MAX 4X

5 Must be posted the following week with the week listed 

Ex. Week 5 +3 CB John Doe awareness. 76->78 

If you don’t send it that way it’s getting ignored‼️ That way you/we can keep track of the attribute cap and to know that the proper upgrades were done

Incomplete roster, inactivity, any rules violation may cause you to be excluded 

****CHANGING PLAYER TRAITS***** this will be open from beginning of off-season until week 1 

*** PRACTICE SQUAD STEALING :: Practice Squad stealing will be ON.  It will be active starting Week 2 through Week 17.  HOWEVER, THERE IS NO "STASHING" PLAYERS.  If you take a player from another team's practice squad, YOU CANNOT CHANGE THEIR POSITION and then place them on your practice squad.  They MUST BE ON THE ACTIVE ROSTER! PRACTICE SQUAD STEALING will end WEEK 10 !!! 
If this violation is discovered, the team will receive a TWO (2) GAME SUSPENSION (FORCE LOSSES), AND BE FORCED TO RELEASE THE PLAYER back to their original team.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!! *** FINE may be banned from practice squad signing or possible suspension or boot 


•    ALL GAMES SHOULD BE STREAMED AND RECORDED (use Twitch or YouTube!).  This allows the Commish to view the game if there are any issues.  ONE OF THE USERS (HOME TEAM, PREFERABLY) MUST STREAM THE GAME!  IF THE HOME TEAM CANNOT STREAM, ANY ISSUES THAT OCCUR DUE TO LACK OF VIDEO WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.  

***COMMISSIONERS will designate “Games Of The Week” or “Primetime Game” each week that  Game must  be streamed by the HOME team. ALL PLAYOFFS GAMES ARE TO BE STREAMED BY AWAY TEAMS*** FAILURE TO STREAM GOTWs or PRIME TIME GAMES WILL RESULT IN POSSIBLE SUSPENSION OR BOOT 

• USER vs. CPU games
 USERS  WILL BE AWARDED a FW 

•    USER vs. CPU games will be closely monitored.  Coaches will only get one (1) chance to play vs. CPU.  More than one try will result in a penalty. NO EXCUSES or EXCEPTIONS! FINE 2 Game suspension

The Commissioners (Smasha, ImKillinya, Blood) will deliberate and rule if there are any questions concerning the above issues.  All decisions made after commissioner deliberations have concluded are final.

I.  WEEKLY ADVANCE

The league will be advanced EVERY 48 HOURS.  If you need an opponent placed on AUTO, contact a Commissioner (with proof) by 9pmEST the 2nd night. Scheduled games must be listed in GroupMe. (Ex. Giants vs. Jets @ 6pm, Sun). Advance is 9 - 11:00 PM EASTERN TIME (or 8:00 PM Pacific) … NO EXCEPTIONS!


II. SCHEDULING GAMES, QUIT GAME(S), CONCEDE GAMES, and/or NO SHOWS:

3 Tags will not be accepted to decide FWs 

Games are to be scheduled ahead of time and posted in the GroupMe App. This is to ensure communication and contact between opponents. This will be determining factor in whether or not an opponent is placed on auto. The goal is for everyone to play their games!

First Offense: 
Quit during a league game = ONE (2) GAME SUSPENSION.  After the game your forfeited (via quitting), the following week, your team will be placed on AUTO. 

Second Offense: 
You will forfeit your team and be BOOTED from the league. 

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT PLAY YOUR LEAGUE GAMES FOR THREE (3) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS WITHOUT A NOTICE YOU WILL BE PLACED ON AUTO UNTIL YOU
INFORM AT LEAST ONE (1) OF THE COMMISIONERS, A TEXT MESSAGE AND/OR CALL NEEDS TO BE RECEIVED!!  (THE COMMISSIONERS WILL NOTIFY ONE ANOTHER OF THE INFORMATION ONCE IT IS RECEIVED.)

III. CHEATING / INTENTIONAL LAG WITH CONNECTION:

ANY cheating and/or tampering with a league game is forbidden and the player will be IMMEDIATELY booted from the league....NO EXCEPTIONS! 

V. OFFENSIVE/DEFENSIVE PLAYERS OUT OF POSITION AND POSITION CONVERSION:

•    Each team must have three (3) RBs and three (3) TEs. 

•    To keep the integrity and realism of NRJP NFL, you CANNOT sub WRs into the TE position.  This practice IS NOT ALLOWED.  The only exceptions will be: T’s subbing for TE’s, CB’s subbing for S’s, and HB’s (230 lbs. or over) for FB’s. FINE players suspension or possibly boot 

*** If any of these occur, please place game on pause and notify a Commissioner IMMEDIATELY by taking a picture and posting in Groupme. ***

- WRs can ONLY be converted to TE position if they are 225lbs. or over, and at least 6’2”, and has 90 speed or less.

- HBs can ONLY be converted to FB if they weigh 230 lbs. or over.

NO PUTTING RBs To FBs  IN DEPTHCHART !!  Must be a FB on ROSTER! 

- Teams can ONLY convert ROOKIE WRs, HBs or CBs.  Any player over one (1) year of experience CANNOT BE ALTERED!  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! 

DEFENSE 
In  ALL Sub Packages NO Two safties ARE ALLOWED one lb & one safety ONLY!!! 

IF CONVERSION RULES ARE BROKEN FINE WILL BE player suspension and or game suspension 


VI. DE SYNC GAMES AND CONFLICTS OF SCHEDULE:

1.    If there is a conflict of schedule (i.e., your opponent’s schedule does not allow you to play each other), THEN THE GAME WILL BE SIMMED.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

2.    If the game Desyncs or times out, Contact a commissioner (by text message) and post in GroupME IMMEDIATELY!!!

If a game disconnects, the players must adhere to the following:

a.    If disconnection occurs in the 1st quarter, the game will need to be restarted from the beginning with no score.  

b.    If disconnection occurs in the 2nd quarter, the point difference will be awarded to the winning team (for example, if I'm playing you and you're up 21-7 going into the 3rd. We have to restart with me giving you a 14 point lead). 

c.    If a disconnection occurs by the winning team in the 2nd HALF (3rd or 4th quarter), then the game will be restarted playing a hlaf with the point differential being awarded to the winning team.

d.    If a disconnection occurs by the losing team in the 2nd HALF ( 4th quarter under 2 mins), then the game will conclude with that score if game is a blowout and GAME WILL BE SIMMED BY THE COMMISSIONER FOR THE WINNING TEAM TO RECEIVE THE VICTORY (including playoff games).  

NOTE:: IF BOTH TEAMS AGREE TO REPLAY A GAME FOR ANY REASON, THEN IT WILL BE ALLOWED ONLY IF, (1) IT IS POSTED IN THE GROUPME CHAT ROOM AND A COMMISH IS NOTIFIED, AND (2) BOTH PARTIES POST THAT THE AGREEMENT WAS REACHED WITHIN THE WEEKLY ADVANCE PERIOD.

NOTE: PLAYOFFS - YOU MUST PLAY UNTIL THERE IS A WINNER UNLESS THE GAME IS CONVINCINGLY OVER (EX 31-14, 1 MIN LEFT IN 4TH).


VII.  USERS WITH CONNECTION ISSUES:

Some users have legitimate connection problems.  However, depending on the frequency and timing of a disconnection, it can be used as a means to scout another team.  This is NOT ALLOWED.  If multiple users in the league mention a certain user's disconnects, and it is found to be truthful, the commissioners will discuss and deal with the problem (which may result in being booted from the league).

VIII. GroupMe APPLICATION:

Download GroupMe App to keep in touch, make trades and post the times and dates of your scheduled games. Have some fun with your opponents but please keep the verbiage as clean as possible.

DO NOT upload offensive pictures of any sort (soft porn, graven images, etc.), keep it tasteful. You do not know the backgounds of coaches you are playing against and some things may offend others. 

IX. TRADES:

1.  NO CPU TRADES!!!!  NO EXCEPTIONS! FINE will be banned from trading possible suspension or boot 

2.  Please post ALL trades in the GroupMe app PRIOR to sending it through so the rest of the league can see player movement.  ALL TRADES MUST BE APPROVED BY COMMISSIONERS BEFORE BEING ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! FINE will be banned from trading possible suspension or boot 

First Offense: 
TWO (2) GAME SUSPENSION. Coaches of BOTH TEAMS will be placed on AUTO for two (2) weeks 
(bye weeks are excluded).

Second Offense: 
You will forfeit your team and be BOOTED from the league. 

Leniency can be given to coaches on a case-by-case basis.  COMMISH WILL DELIBERATE TO DETERMINE IF ANY LENIENCY WILL BE GIVEN.

X. LEAGUE ACTIVITY:

Please make an attempt the first day to send a text to your opponent to schedule a time to play. 
Remember to have fun!
