Patriots defeated the Jets, 19-13. J. Milroe passed for 178 yards, giving the Patriots enough offense to control the result. B. Bruton led the way through the air with 45 receiving yards and helped keep New England moving. The Patriots did not need much more than that steady connection to come away with the win. The Jets found production in the passing game even in defeat, with L. Oliver throwing for 159 yards. D. Metcalf was his most productive target, finishing with 53 receiving yards. That effort kept New York competitive, but the Jets could not do enough to prevent the Patriots from finishing on top.
