Patriots defeated the Falcons, 28-23. D.Maye passed for 122 yards, and the Patriots found enough offense to finish on top. K.Boutte gave him a reliable target and led the way with 67 receiving yards. New England did not need a huge statistical night to get the result, but it got timely production from its passing game and made it hold up. Atlanta had plenty to show in the loss behind B.Nix, who passed for 253 yards and threw 2 touchdown passes. D.London was at the center of that effort with 125 receiving yards, giving the Falcons a consistent answer through the air. It was a strong offensive push, but the Falcons came up just short despite those performances.
