This season has been anything but ordinary but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are still riding the pirate ship and they are headed to their 3rd straight NFC Championship Game after defeating the San Francisco 49ers 38-17. The Bucs used a balanced attack on offense, led by QB Greg Johnson who finished with a perfect QB Rating of 153.8 whole going 17-19 286yds 2TD 0Ints. The defense played lights out for the second week in the playoffs holding the high powered 49ers to just 8 2nd half points. The defens...[ Continue reading ]

The season got off to a rocky start with the close lose to the New York Football Giants but the Bucs found their footing in the big win against the Eagles Week 2. The Buccaneer defense was up to old tricks as they scored 2 defensive TDs enroute to forcing 5 turnovers total. On offense, the play of rookie RB Willie Weathers continues to impress as he scored his 4th TD of the young season. However the story was WR Chris Godwin, who took the task of CB Darius Slay serious and finished with 211yds a...[ Continue reading ]

Jacksonville will be very pleased with this performance particularly on defense. The defense forces 4 ints, 3 fumbles, 2 recoveries, and their first shutout of the season. As far as the mistake free game plan, the offense did give up one int where Bronson Jenkins got greedy early with a 14-0 lead and lots of momentum. However the int was basically a punt that lead to a safety. So on another not the defense can add a safety to its fine evening as well.

This game should be interesting. There was nothing to scout since it's week 1. It's not two teams that no each other being in different conferences. Both were playoff teams last season. It should just be a fun game to watch. Going in the jags strategy will be to make them win. The only thing we know for certain is we have more talent so if the pack want to win they will have to take this game away. Mistake free football will be key until we see what Green Bay wants and likes to do....

The jags finished super bowl runner up last season and looks to improve on their success this year. The two biggest additions to this team were a drafted punter THE LEG. A drafted qb a third rd gem. And bringing in Bobby Wagner to fill in depth at a hole von Miller left via retirement. Basically a punter to add field position and depth. We were the one seed last year so no need for big changes. just need improve on scheme and capitalize on momentum we've carried over. ...
