Eagles defeated the Raiders, 66-16. S. Howell powered the Eagles with 8 touchdown passes and 504 yards through the air, driving an offense that never let up. Howell’s command of the game gave Philadelphia a relentless edge and set the tone for the rout. The Eagles’ attack kept finding answers behind his big-play production and overwhelming efficiency. The Raiders found some offense in defeat behind F. Hewitt, who threw 1 touchdown pass and finished with 175 yards passing. Hewitt delivered a few moments that gave Las Vegas something to build on, even as the game slipped away. It was a productive stretch from the Raiders’ quarterback, but not enough to keep pace with Howell and the Eagles.
