Colts defeated the Saints, 31-14. K.Stinson directed the Colts with 199 passing yards and 2 touchdown passes, giving Indianapolis the steady edge it needed. He found enough support in the passing game, where J.Higgins chipped in 70 receiving yards to help keep the offense moving. That combination gave the Colts control and turned their chances into the winning margin. The Saints had their moments through the air, with C.Orchard piling up 346 passing yards and 2 touchdown passes in defeat. R.Adams was his top threat, finishing with 111 receiving yards and providing much of New Orleans' punch. Even with that production, the Saints were left chasing the game against a Colts team that finished stronger.
