Falcons defeated the Panthers, 59-30. J.Wilkins drove the Falcons with a sharp passing day, throwing 4 touchdown passes while piling up 360 yards. I.Newton finished off 2 of those scoring strikes and gave the attack a reliable target in the red zone. D.Judge added 134 receiving yards, helping keep the Falcons on the front foot throughout. The Panthers still got meaningful production in the loss from B.Young, who threw 1 touchdown pass and finished with 270 yards. T.Martinez chipped in 78 receiving yards as Carolina kept finding answers through the air. Those efforts gave the Panthers some punch, but they could not match the Falcons' output.
