Game of the Week Recap

Seahawks defeated the 49ers, 31-26. Seattle came away with the win in a matchup fueled by big plays through the air. T.Horton finished with 104 receiving yards, and G.Pickens added 124 receiving yards in a game that never lacked for offensive punch. The Seahawks ultimately did enough to stay on top and close out the result. San Francisco had its share of answers and kept the pressure on throughout the loss. Pickens’ 124-yard day reflected the kind of production that kept the 49ers within striking distance, while Horton’s 104 receiving yards spoke to how much stress this game put on both defenses. In the end, though, the 49ers were left with a strong effort that still came up short.
