Chiefs defeated the Bears, 48-14. A. Richardson Sr led the way for Kansas City, throwing 3 touchdown passes while finishing with 143 yards through the air. He found enough support in the passing game, with C. Loveland contributing 56 receiving yards as the Chiefs kept control. That combination gave Kansas City the offensive edge it needed and turned its chances into points. Chicago still had productive moments in defeat, starting with C. Williams, who passed for 148 yards. D. Rutherford added 44 receiving yards and helped give the Bears some life in the passing game. Those efforts showed flashes, but the Bears were chasing the game against a Chiefs attack that never loosened its grip.
