Cardinals defeated the Armadillos, 31-12. J.Milton drove the Cardinals with a sharp, productive afternoon, throwing 4 touchdown passes while piling up 314 yards through the air. T.Harrell turned two of those chances into touchdowns, giving the passing game its finishing punch. D.Kincaid added 112 receiving yards as Arizona’s offense kept finding answers. The Armadillos had their moments in defeat, with B.Purdy passing for 177 yards as he tried to keep the offense moving. R.Pearsall provided a steady target and finished with 62 receiving yards. It was a respectable effort from their key pieces, but the Cardinals’ aerial attack proved too much to overcome.
