Packers defeated the Lions, 38-22. J.Love powered Green Bay with 5 touchdown passes and 314 yards, giving the Packers the kind of command that kept the offense in control throughout. T.Shields was his most dangerous target, turning his 120 receiving yards into a 2-touchdown day. M.Higgins added 57 receiving yards as the Packers kept finding answers through the air. Detroit still had its moments in the loss behind J.Goff, who threw 2 touchdown passes and finished with 223 yards. A.St. Brown accounted for both of those scores, delivering a 2-touchdown performance that gave the Lions their sharpest punch. Even so, the Packers’ passing game proved too much to match.
